Individual Coaching
Individual coaching is for doctoral students who want a personalised approach to supporting their aspirations and overcoming potential obstacles. The coaching process is highly personalized and flexible, adapting to the unique needs, preferences, and pace of the PhD-student. It's a collaborative process guiding the client towards their objectives while fostering self-awareness, skill development, and empowerment.
Here Is How It Works
-
Book a Discovery Call. The 30min call allows both the PhD student and the coach to determine if they are a good fit for each other.
-
Coaching Sessions. The 45-60min sessions are scheduled regularly, usually weekly or bi-weekly. The sessions are conducted online. The total amount of sessions depends on the case, typically 3-5 times.
-
Solution-Focused Approach. Through conversations employing a solution-focused coaching technique you will recognize your blind spots, leverage your strengths and develop strategies to navigate challenges, ultimately supporting your PhD journey.
-
Confidentiality. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship. Accredited coaches uphold strict professional standards to create a safe and trust-based environment for their clients.
