Service Description

The process focuses on the wellbeing of PhD students and promotes resilience throughout their academic journey. It helps participants to cope with the pressures of intense workloads, navigating uncertainties, power dynamics and feelings of isolation that often contribute to overwhelming experiences and have a significant impact on PhD students' mental and physical health. As a result of the group coaching, we expect PhD students to be better equipped to deal with the challenging periods of their work. The group coaching programme includes: 3 x 2,5h group coaching sessions. Experimentation time between the sessions, allowing participants to apply their insights and learning, as well as reflect on their progress.  Peer group sessions: PhD-students can share experiences, offer support, and combat the sense of isolation. Optional individual coaching at a special rate of 100€/hour, tailored to your specific needs.
